RULES & REGULATIONS

Ok, so we're looking for the best interns we can find, as we're sure you've figured out by now. Beyond agreeing to provide us with accurate information regarding you, (the brand, the person, the candidate, the hopeful), you also agree that your video submission will become the property of BabyRobot, a division of kbs+p toronto. Any video submitted to us may be used in part or in its entirety by BabyRobot or kbs+p for promotional purposes. You may submit one video only; subsequent entries will not be considered.

We are not obligated in any way to contact any entrant for any reason other than to notify them of their advancement to the 'shortlist' of candidates. Invitations for an interview will only be sent to those who make the shortlist. No amount of begging, pleading or whining will provide any candidate any greater advantage over any other, and no other contact in regard to your submission (beyond your video), will be accepted. This is not because we are being aloof, but to ensure that all candidates have an equal opportunity to win on their own merit.

It is BabyRobot's intent to provide the BabyRobot TEN finalists with an opportunity to work with us for the duration of your respective school's internship, but we will not be held liable in any way for any interruption or interference during the declared internship, for any reason. Neither BabyRobot nor kbs+p are obligated in any way to offer candidates or BabyRobot TEN interns a position within the company, during or after completion of the internship. Any reward or remuneration for your time, effort or intellect will be considered on a case-by-case basis, and will be at the sole discretion of BabyRobot. All travel and accommodation costs will be the sole responsibility of the intern. (And no, sleeping at BabyRobot and bathing in our bathroom sink does not count as accommodation.)

Though we believe that talent has no boundaries, the BabyRobot TEN initiative is targeted to persons currently engaged in, or recent graduates of post-secondary institutions. Further information regarding the work/projects that you will be asked to participate in will be discussed only after you have agreed, in writing, to actively participate under the terms and conditions of a contract. Details of this intern contract will only be provided to those who have been chosen for one of the ten intern positions. Aside from all the secrecy, this is to be seen as a full-time responsibility (9:00 am to close). Part-time internships are not being considered. Positions as a part of the BabyRobot TEN internship program are non-negotiable and non-transferable. (Sorry but we want you, not your lackey buddy.)

Start dates and completion dates will be decided on a case-by-case basis, but are anticipated to be from early May through late August. BabyRobot and kbs+p have the right to revoke your right to participate in the BabyRobot TEN program at any time during the BabyRobot TEN internship program (cuz wouldn't you be ticked off if someone got in and jerked around all summer?) You get the idea. We know it will be a rewarding and fun experience for everyone. On behalf of everyone here at BabyRobot, we look forward to your submission.
